Fixture Labels Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Fixture Labels app for Mac, published by Digital Lighting Solutions Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”).
The short version
Fixture Labels collects no data. Everything it does happens on your Mac. Your subscription is handled by Apple, and we never see your name, email address or payment details.
Information the app collects
None. Fixture Labels has no analytics, no tracking, no crash reporting, no advertising and no account. (If you have turned on “Share with app developers” in your Mac’s Analytics settings, Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports and usage figures. That is Apple’s setting, not the app’s, and you can turn it off at any time.) It does not send your show files, your fixture lists, your labels or anything about how you use it to us or to anyone else.
Your show files and logo
The app only opens files you choose: show files, MVR files, patch sheets and a logo image if you add one. They are read on your Mac and never uploaded. Your label settings and your logo are saved on your Mac so they are there next time you open the app. They stay in the app’s own folder on your Mac, and you can delete them at any time by removing the app and its folder in your Library’s Containers folder.
Printers
When you print to a Brother QL or DYMO label printer, the app sends the labels straight to the printer over its USB cable. Nothing goes over the internet. Printing to any other printer, or saving a PDF, goes through the standard macOS print system.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions, free trials, payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are all handled by Apple through the App Store, under Apple’s privacy policy. The app asks Apple whether your subscription is active, and that is the only time it uses the network. Apple gives us sales and subscription totals for our apps; these do not tell us who you are.
Children
Fixture Labels is a tool for production crews and is not directed at children. It collects no information from anyone, children included.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. If the app ever starts collecting any data, this page will say so first.
